Cheesy Potatoes
Grandma Hunter's recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3 cups grated sharp cheddar
Directions
- Defrost hash browns 1 hour before baking
- Mix everything together (9"x13" pan works fine)
- Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour
