Grandma Hunter's recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 3 cups grated sharp cheddar

Directions

  1. Defrost hash browns 1 hour before baking
  2. Mix everything together (9"x13" pan works fine)
  3. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour
