Sloppy Joes
Sloppy joes chock full of veggies and flavor. Probably a little too sloppy for Wellington. You can substitute other vegetables like spaghetti squash or zucchini.
Servings: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
Scale:
- 1-1.5 lbs ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 medium diced onion
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 8oz can tomato paste
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Hamburger buns, for serving
Directions
- Brown meat in instant pot on saute mode, transfer to bowl.
- Saute onions, peppers, and garlic in the fat from the meat.
- Add rest of ingredients, do not stir to prevent burning.
- Cover and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
